I'm going to Culinary School to become a Certified Chef and get into fine dining and someday own my own restaurant. College is certainly a change for me. I like a lot of it and I hate a lot of it, it's a lot of work.
I play guitar and bass and I like to sing. I draw dragons and like to edit pictures using Photoshop.
I work at Panera Bread and Joe's Wooden Nickle as a line cook and I absolutely love it. Everyone I work with is really cool and work is my stress relief and my break away from school.
Current Residence: the twilight zone
Favourite genre of music: alternative/ rock/metal (90's stuff mostly)
Favourite style of art: Cooking, music
Operating System: Windows 8
